SHAREBOARD

Over the last few months our “Share Board” has been very popular and it’s
normal to have up to 16 beers ready each week.
The SHARE BOARD is always a great way to get something different. Keep an eye on the Dark Beers and Stouts. They are always popular during these colder months.  Just remember if you have kegs that
you need 2 carton spaces per keg. On the bottom board, the first 2 spaces are
already 2 carton spaces.
Due to the business of the board, we would really like your kegs in by the
Monday morning of the week your beer is ready. We will be notifying people
usually on the Thursday of the week before about the ready dates.

Terms and Conditions of the Shareboard
If you start a line, please allow three weeks.
If you are joining a line, the date is already chosen. If this
date is NOT suitable, please wait for the next batch.
All kegs must be in by the Monday of the due date, in order
for us to have your beer ready for Thursday collection.

Next time you are in grab some of our INVITATION CARDS and hand them out to some of your mates who are keen to enjoy great beer and great savings!  We will reward you with 15% off your next purchase if you recommend someone who comes in and spends at least $50 on their first visit. Word of mouth is one of our best advertising methods.

If you don’t own your own bottles or kegs to refill – we sell both.
Call the brewery and book a time and get your craft beer topped up. 

DRY PACKS:
 

We do dry packs of all our beers. These are made fresh when ordered. Due to these very busy times please give us 48 hours notice to get it ready for you.

MONTHLY RECIPE FEATURING BEER
Beer & chops – it’s a match made in heaven!
Slow-cooked beef in beer
TANGY BEER CHOPS.
INGREDIENTS 1/4 cup laughing lizard beer 
4 teaspoons ketchup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 bone-in centre-cut pork loin chops 
Pinch of salt
Dash of pepper
1 tablespoon canola oil
METHOD
 Mix beer, ketchup and brown sugar. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat; brown chops on both sides. Add laughing lizard beer mixture to pan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 1-2 minutes. Remove chops from pan; keep warm.
Return sauce to a boil; cook and stir until slightly thickened. Serve over pork.

Serve with some veg on the side.
